right place for exploring split. neat and new-fashioned rooms exactly like in the pictures. competent staff and host.

The location was indeed excellent, right by bus station, ferry port & old city, Very close to the main attractions and both the old town and the port and bus station. The staff were competent and amiable, the apartment had a nice interior. No complains at all, did not want to leave.

Well-equipped room with a fridge, electric kettle, and microwave. The room was really nice and looked like it was just built. Amazing location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Froggyland Art Gallery 🚶‍♂️.

summer dream studio was a hidden gem, with an unbeatable location just a short walk from the old town. the owner, lawrence, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even surprising me with a birthday gift. the place was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed, making it easy to start our days with a delicious breakfast.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect, with Vera providing exceptional service and a great location near the central bus station, harbor, and the old town's center and Diocletian's Palace.

Great location, 5 min walk to the main sights. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet area with a lovely courtyard view. Helpful host, waited for our delayed flight. Highly recommend for anyone visiting!

It was tucked away in a peaceful area, overlooking a charming courtyard, giving it a unique and authentic feel. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even waiting for us despite our delayed flight. Communication was a breeze and I highly recommend this studio to anyone visiting Split!

The studio was in a central location, within walking distance to the main attractions and transportation hubs. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the cleaning lady did an excellent job, ensuring that the studio was spotless upon arrival.

The lack of tea and coffee upon arrival, which would have been a nice touch. the microwave was placed in a position that made it difficult to access and utilize properly.

The location of the studio is exceptional, with only a 3-minute walk to the old town and several bakeries nearby for breakfast and coffee. the room itself is tidy and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the host is warm and helpful, going out of their way to assist guests with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants.

One small drawback is that the studio is tucked away in a slightly hidden location, which may not give guests a complete peace of mind.
